Day 3: You're Not Alone
Bible Verse
'I lift up my eyes to the mountains— where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.' - Psalm 121:1-2

One of the most isolating feelings during difficult times is the sense that we're facing our struggles alone. But here's an incredible truth: when we become believers, we gain access to the most powerful support system imaginable - the Trinity working together on our behalf. The Father chose us, the Son died for us, and the Holy Spirit lives within us. Think about that for a moment.
The same power that spoke the universe into existence, that raised Jesus from the dead, that sustains every star and planet - that power is available to you right now. You're not fighting your battles with just your own strength, wisdom, or resources. You have divine backup. This doesn't mean life becomes easy, but it means you're never truly alone or without help. The journey of faith is exactly that - a journey, not a destination. And every step of the way, you have the Trinity as your guide, strength, and companion.

Reflection Question:
In what specific area of your life do you need to remember that God's power is available to help you?

Quote:
We are not doing this life on our own. The Holy Spirit lives within us and provides us with the strength that we need in our spiritual journey.

Prayer:
Holy Spirit, remind me that You live within me and provide the strength I need. Help me rely on Your power rather than my own limited abilities.
