Day 3: The Power of Turning Aside

Bible Verse
'When the Lord saw that he turned aside to see, God called to him out of the bush, "Moses, Moses!" And he said, "Here I am."' - Exodus 3:4
When Moses saw the burning bush, he had a choice. He could have dismissed it as a mirage, hurried past with his sheep, or convinced himself he was seeing things. Instead, he turned aside to investigate. That simple act of curiosity and obedience positioned him to hear God's voice and receive his life's greatest calling. God is speaking to you today - through His Word, through circumstances, through other believers, through the Holy Spirit's gentle conviction. But will you turn aside to listen? Will you pause long enough to hear His voice above the noise of daily life? Your willingness to stop, look, and listen when God gets your attention determines whether you'll miss or receive what He wants to reveal to you.
Reflection Question:
What 'burning bush' moments might you be missing because you're too busy or distracted to turn aside and listen?
Quote:
God may not speak to you through a burning bush, but he may speak to you while you're reading the Bible in your morning devotion.
Prayer:
Lord, give me eyes to see and ears to hear when You're trying to get my attention. Help me turn aside from distractions to encounter You.
