Day 4: Loving the Unseen Christ
Bible Verse
'The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.' - John 10:10

One of the most remarkable aspects of our faith is that we love someone we've never physically seen. We trust in Jesus Christ, believe in His love for us, and follow His teachings, all without having met Him face to face. This might seem strange to the world, but it demonstrates the supernatural nature of our relationship with God. Our love for Christ isn't based on physical sight but on spiritual sight - we see His love demonstrated through His sacrifice on the cross. We see His faithfulness in our daily lives. We see His character revealed through Scripture and His work in our hearts.
This kind of love runs deeper than emotion; it's rooted in truth and sustained by faith. Jesus came to give us abundant life - not just survival, but a rich, meaningful existence filled with purpose and joy. The enemy wants to steal, kill, and destroy, but Christ offers the opposite. Even when we can't see Him with our physical eyes, we can experience His presence, His peace, and His power working in our lives. This unseen relationship is more real and lasting than anything we can touch with our hands.

Reflection Question:
In what specific ways have you experienced Christ's abundant life, even though you haven't seen Him physically?

We've not seen Jesus yet. However, we love Him. We believe he loved us enough to die for us.

Prayer:
Jesus, thank You for the abundant life You've given me. Help me to love You more deeply and trust You more completely, even though I haven't seen You with my eyes.
